Terms of Service for Price of Trust

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Price of Trust ("the Game"), developed by Mind Arena, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

2. Description of Service

Price of Trust is a multiplayer strategy game where players:

• Compete in 10-player matches
• Start with virtual in-game money (displayed in their selected language currency)
• Transfer money to other players to influence votes and build alliances
• Make strategic decisions about trust and betrayal
• Vote to eliminate other players each round
• Earn Thought Power (TP) based on their final placement (winner gets 100 TP, runner-up gets 80 TP, etc.)

3. Account Registration

Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Game
• You must provide a valid email address
• You must choose a unique username

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You AGREE to:

• Play fairly and respect other players
• Use appropriate language in chat
• Not exploit bugs or glitches
• Not use automated tools or bots
• Not impersonate other users
• Not share your account credentials

You AGREE NOT to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other players
• Use offensive, racist, or discriminatory language
• Spam chat or disrupt gameplay
• Attempt to hack or manipulate the game
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Share inappropriate content

5. Virtual Currency and Thought Power

In-Game Money

• Each match starts with players receiving virtual money (1,00,000 units)
• Currency is displayed based on your language selection (Rupees, Dollars, Won, etc.)
• Money can be transferred between players during the match
• Players can take loans from the bank (up to 50% of current balance)
• Loans must be repaid in installments with 6% interest per round
• In-game money has NO real-world value and cannot be purchased or sold
• Money resets at the start of each new match

Thought Power (TP)

• Thought Power (TP) is a progression metric earned after each match
• TP is awarded based on elimination round: Round 1 (0 TP), Round 2 (10 TP), Round 3 (20 TP), etc.
• Winner receives 100 TP, Runner-up receives 80 TP
• In case of a tie, all tied players receive 100 TP
• TP determines your ranking on the global leaderboard
• TP has NO real-world value and cannot be purchased or sold
• We reserve the right to adjust TP values to maintain fair gameplay

6. Advertisements

• The Game displays rewarded video advertisements
• You must watch ads to play matches
• Ad availability may vary by region
• We are not responsible for third-party ad content

7. Chat and User Content

Your Content

• You retain ownership of messages you send
• By sending messages, you grant us a license to display them in the game
• Messages are limited to 500 characters
• Both group chat and private messaging are available during matches
• We may moderate or remove inappropriate content

Prohibited Content

• Hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Sexual or explicit content
• Personal information (phone numbers, addresses, emails)
• Spam or advertising
• Illegal content
• Attempts to share external contact information

8. Game Rules

Matchmaking

• Matches require 10 players
• Players are matched based on language preference
• Leaving a match may result in penalties

Gameplay

• Each match has up to 8 rounds with voting phases
• Round durations vary: Rounds 1-2 (4 minutes), Rounds 3-4 (3.5 minutes), Rounds 5-6 (3 minutes), Rounds 7-8 (2.5 minutes)
• Players can transfer money, take loans, and vote to eliminate others
• Players who fail to vote or receive the most votes are eliminated
• Players who fail to repay loans are automatically eliminated
• Eliminated players can spectate but not participate
• Game ends when 2 or fewer players remain
• Winner is determined by highest balance (after loan debt deduction)

Fair Play

• Cheating, exploiting, or manipulating the game is prohibited
• We reserve the right to ban accounts for violations

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in prohibited conduct
• You use automated tools, bots, or exploits
• You create multiple accounts for unfair advantages
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• Required by law

You may terminate your account by:

• Long-pressing your username in the Home screen and selecting "Delete Account"
• Contacting us at infomindarena@gmail.com to request account deletion
• Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Account deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone

10. Intellectual Property

• The Game, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Game
• "Price of Trust" name and logo are our trademarks

11. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind

We do NOT guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific game outcomes or results
• Compatibility with all devices
• Availability of matchmaking at all times

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD
• We are not responsible for actions of other players

13. Changes to the Game

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update game rules and mechanics
• Change TP values or game balance
• Add or remove content

We will notify users of significant changes.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Arbitration or small claims court
