How to Request Account Deletion
You have two options to delete your Price of Trust account and all associated data:
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Price of Trust app
- Go to the Home screen
- Long-press your username at the top of the screen
- Select "Delete Account" from the menu
- Confirm your decision
This is the fastest method and processes your deletion immediately.
Option 2: Email Request
Email: infomindarena@gmail.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request - Price of Trust
Include in your email:
- Your username or user ID (if known)
- The email address associated with your account
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
Email requests are processed within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Permanently Deleted:
- Account Information: Your Firebase authentication account and email address
- Player Profile: Username, Thought Power (TP), games played, and games won statistics
- Leaderboard Entries: Your position and scores on the global leaderboard
- Device Tokens: FCM tokens used for push notifications
- Active Game Data: You will be removed from any ongoing games
- Game State: Your balance, loans, transactions, and votes in active games
- Rate Limits: Any rate limiting data associated with your account
Data That May Be Retained:
- Completed Game Messages: Messages you sent in completed games may remain visible to other players as part of their game history (your username will be anonymized)
- Anonymous Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained for service improvement (cannot be linked back to you)
- Legal Compliance: Certain data may be retained if required by law, fraud prevention, or security purposes
Timeline
- In-App Deletion: Processed immediately when you confirm deletion
- Email Requests: Processed within 30 days of receiving your request
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted (for email requests)
- Immediate Effect: Once deleted, you will be logged out and cannot access your account
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is
permanent and irreversible. Once deleted:
- All your Thought Power (TP) will be lost
- Your leaderboard ranking will be removed
- All game statistics (games played, games won) will be deleted
- You will be removed from any active games
- You cannot recover your account or data
- You will need to create a new account to play again
Alternative: Disable Notifications Only
If you only want to stop receiving notifications without deleting your account:
- Open the app and go to the Home screen
- Toggle off the "Notifications" switch
- Or disable notifications in your device settings
This keeps your account and progress intact while stopping all notifications.
